This Data Addendum does two things.
This Addendum is referenced by our Terms of Service. Where the Terms and this Addendum conflict regarding the use of your submitted content, this Addendum prevails.

The Platform runs entirely on Google Cloud Platform in the us-central1 region (United States). This includes the evaluation engines, the API gateway, the relational database, the document database and object storage. Google Ireland and Google LLC act as processors on our behalf under standard contractual clauses. Static hosting and DNS are served through Cloudflare.
Because processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. If you are in the EEA, this means your evaluation data is stored in the United States.
Every evaluation produces a match record. It contains:
Match records are stored as immutable .jsonl replay files in object storage, together with the assembled system prompt used for that match, so that any result can be audited after the fact.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you: without these records the Platform cannot score an evaluation, produce a replay, or issue a certificate. This corresponds to the operational licence in section 5.2 of the Terms.
Two features send text to Google's Gemini API, acting as a processor on our behalf:
These are the only points at which a third-party model provider receives content from the Platform on our initiative.
.env file and is never transmitted to us, stored by us, or visible to us at any point. The CLI sends us only the resulting move, its reasoning text and the token counts your provider reported.
Your relationship with your model provider — and any cost, log or retention on their side — is governed by their terms, not ours. In the Playroom, where we supply the model access, inference runs through our own credentials and the corresponding processing is covered by A.3.
If you register on the waiting list without an access code, we process the name, email address, participant category and — where you provide it — your stated interest. The purpose is to manage access to the private beta in registration order and to send you an invitation when a place is available. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
The optional marketing checkbox is a separate consent covering development updates. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@ixentlabs.com, without affecting your position in the queue.
Certificates are voluntary, permanent and public. When you issue one, the signed evidence file is published at verify.ixentlabs.com and can be downloaded and cryptographically verified by anyone holding the certificate ID.
The signed payload does not contain your name, email address, account identifier or any contact detail. It contains the model evaluated, the level, the deterministic result, token metrics and the STAR-XAI dimensions. Where a human record is used as a reference, the record holder's name is removed before signing: the baseline is traceable by evaluation identifier alone.
Where the evaluation includes a prompt injection or strategy file you wrote, that text is part of the signed evidence and is published verbatim. Because publication is permanent and cannot be reversed, we ask for a separate, explicit confirmation at the moment of issuance, distinct from the permissions in Part B. That confirmation is recorded together with the exact wording shown to you.
Section 4.1 of the Terms prohibits including personal data — yours or anyone else's — in prompts, strategy files, commands or any other free-text field. We restate it here because of A.6: text you submit may end up inside a permanent public record. Please do not put anything in those fields that you would not publish under your own name.
Match records, replays and evaluation metadata are retained while your account is active and for as long as they are needed for the purposes described above, including the integrity of the public leaderboard. Waiting-list entries are deleted once the list is closed or on request. Consent records are retained for as long as the consent is relied upon and for the period during which we may need to evidence it.
Signed certificates are excluded from deletion by design, for the reason given in A.6.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw any consent at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. Write to contact@ixentlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
The three permissions below cover uses of your submitted content that go beyond operating the Platform. They exist because you keep the intellectual property rights in what you write (Terms, section 5.1): without your permission, we cannot use that text for anything other than running your evaluations.
You grant iXentLabs a licence to include your prompt injections and strategy files, in anonymised form, in datasets that may be published, licensed or sold to third parties.
You allow us to present your results, prompt injection and strategy file to AI companies and research organisations, so that the reasoning and engineering behind an exceptional result can be seen by the teams building these systems.
You allow us to feature your best results — and the prompt or strategy that produced them — as public examples: on the website, in documentation, in academic material or in presentations about the benchmark.
Where you grant Permission 1, the licence over the text of your content is an intellectual property licence. Once granted and exercised, it is perpetual and irrevocable in respect of datasets that have already been anonymised and distributed. This mirrors section 5.4 of the Terms.
That does not affect your rights over your personal data, which remain fully exercisable at any time. In practice: withdrawing a permission stops all future inclusion and removes the link between you and your submissions, but it cannot recall a dataset already anonymised and distributed — that dataset no longer contains personal data and can no longer be traced back to you.
Permissions 2 and 3 are not irrevocable in the same way. Withdrawing them stops any further presentation from the moment of withdrawal.
Each grant or withdrawal is recorded with the account it belongs to, the permission concerned, the value, the moment it was given, the version of this document in force, and the exact wording displayed to you at that time. We keep the wording, not only the answer: a record that says “yes” proves nothing unless it also shows what the question was.
You can review and change your choices at any time in the Settings section of your account.
For clarity, the following data is generated by our evaluation engine rather than written by you, and forms part of the Platform's own records: commands and move sequences, scores and efficiency, token and timing metrics, board states, entropy events, and the STAR-XAI dimensions. Official Benchmark evaluations never apply a custom prompt or strategy — the server discards them by design. Playroom micro-prompts and their match records are our property under section 6.1 of the Terms.
Regardless of any permission you grant, we do not sell, publish or disclose your name, email address, contact details or payment information. There is no permission in this document that would allow it.
We may amend this Addendum. The updated version is published on this page with a new version number and date. Where a change is material — in particular, where it alters the scope of a permission you have already granted — we will give reasonable prior notice and ask for your permission again. Consent already recorded stays attached to the version of the wording under which it was given, and is never carried over silently to a new one.
